Nineteen people have been wounded in a shooting at a Mother's Day parade in the US city of New Orleans, police say.

The victims included two children who were grazed by bullets. Police say most injuries are not life-threatening.

It is unclear what sparked the shooting in the city's 7th Ward on Sunday afternoon. Police say three suspects were seen fleeing the area.

The incident happened at about 14:00 (19:00 GMT) at the intersection of Frenchmen and Villere streets.

"Shots were fired with different guns," a police statement said.

"Immediately after the shooting our officers saw three suspects running from the scene."

FBI spokeswoman Mary Beth Romig said they had "no reason to believe it was an act of terror, just street violence".The statement said 10 men, seven women, a 10-year-old boy and a 10-year-old girl were wounded by gunfire.

'Drumbeat of violence'

The shooting happened at what is known as a second-line parade - an impromptu community procession in which people dance down the street behind the official parade.

About 200 people were in the area at the time.

Local resident Gretchen Ramke, 30, said she heard "six or seven" shots ring out about 30ft (9m) from where she stood with a friend.

"Somebody in the crowd yelled 'everybody get down', so we did. We just hit the deck. We saw a lot of people diving to the ground," she told the BBC.

"We waited about 40 seconds and the firing had stopped. We thought: we've got to get out of here."

She said she saw one man with a shot wound to his arm being helped by another man, who used his belt and a t-shirt to dress the wound.

"We saw the man who had been shot a few minutes later calmly walking past us with the belt around his arm," she said.

New Orleans Mayor Mitch Landrieu called it a "tragic day" and appealed for an end to what he called the "relentless drumbeat of violence" on the city's streets.

The BBC's Jane Little in Washington says New Orleans has a high rate of gun crime.

The area where the shooting happened is a poor neighbourhood that is still recovering from the devastation left by Hurricane Katrina in 2005, she adds.

Two ministers, including Deputy PM Taro Aso, visited the Yasukuni Shrine on Sunday. Prime Minister Shinzo Abe did not visit but made a ritual offering.

Seoul said a planned visit by Yun Byung-se later this week had been called off as a result.

The shrine commemorates Japan's war dead, including war criminals.

It is viewed by many of the country's neighbours as a reminder of Japan's military past. Visits to the shrine, in central Tokyo, by high-profile Japanese leaders anger China and the two Koreas.

In a statement, the South Korean foreign ministry criticised the visit.

The government "expresses deep regrets and concerns" over both the visits and Mr Abe's ritual offering to "the shrine that glorifies Japan's past aggressive wars", the statement said.

As well as Mr Aso, cabinet minister Keiji Furuya visited the shrine on Sunday, as did Deputy Chief Cabinet Secretary Katsunobu Kato, who is not part of the cabinet.

Mr Abe offered a "masakaki" decorated wooden stick, inscribed with his name and title, Kyodo News agency said.

"Amid this kind of atmosphere, our stance is that it will be difficult to hold a productive discussion and Yun decided not to visit Japan this time," an unidentified foreign ministry official told Yonhap news agency.

Japan's top government spokesman said the talks had been at the planning stage.

"The [meeting] was indeed being arranged but it's also true that nothing had been decided. As such, we have yet to be told anything concrete from the South Korean side," Yoshihide Suga said.

The officials visited the shrine "as private individuals", he said, adding that the issue should not "impact diplomacy".

Ties between the two neighbours have been chilly since last year, when a long-standing territorial row over islands both claim flared again.

The islands are called Dokdo in South Korea and Takeshima in Japan.

The visit to Japan would have been the first by the South Korean foreign minister since the new administration of Park Geun-hye took power earlier this year.

The one of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs officials said that if Yun byung-se can't visit to Japan, because this is bad idea when meeting in this situation.
That may be goes reason about South Korea and Japan's relationship is going more chilly than last year.
Actually, South Korea planned this meeting first, and they don't want to interfere about worship in "Yasukuni" Shrine or other things to Japan.
But, Japan just forced about worship in "Yasukuni" Shrine to South Korea, so they just canceled visithig to Japan.

This is the story of the ship of the crisis that named “Titanic"

.
The main character is me, my friend named "Jessica", father, my partner named "Tempkin", "Kilpatrick", who is Tempkin's friend, and captain of Titanic.

Setting is April, 10, 1912, in England.
The main event is me, and other main character, and other people is trying to escape and survive in sinking Titanic.

Summarize is at April, 10, 1912, in England, I was the passenger on the RMS Titanic. Well, my job is pianist and I played in many place of Europe. When I get on to the Titanic, I just met young woman”Jessica” and “Tempkin”. We just talk about little and when the night comes, I and Jessica just went to radio room. But, it was the problem that the operator of radio room was writing the message about iceberg.

I heard that and just went to first floor cabin for get my binocular. When I try to open the door of room that has my binocular, Tempkin and his friend Kilpatrick saying something, but I just heard little and just ignored to get my binocular. But when I just thought about there saying, I just went to cargo deck for Tempkin’s car. Actually, it has gold statue inside of his car. But, when I just heard sound and I ignored gold statue and go to back in to main deck. I saw the iceberg and some people are surprised with ice berg including Jessica. I realized that I need to tell captain of this ship that about ice berg. Then, I just left Jessica and went to bridge. But it wasn't that problem that I need to tell about ice berg, because captain already know about situation. Then, I just go back to Jessica to help for making raft. When the making raft is done, we finally got on to raft. The Titanic was almost sinking and a lot of people are fall and dying in to the water. I and Jessica were just safe and finally the life boats saved us. Later, I was being the famous pianist who escaped the Titanic.  

Genre is adventure and may be tragedy.

The most interesting passage from this story is, “Soon, you come to a closed door. You open it and see. Water! Lots and lots of water! There is a long hallway that turns to the right about twenty meters ahead. It is quickly filing up. Are we sinking? You wonder".Because this passage is saying that this story's crisis is just starting after the passage.

I liked this story, because this story is famous and it's tragedy that a lot of peoples are passed away in to the dark sea with Titanic. Well, actually this book it's not that same with the real Titanic story. So, I just feel I'm in the real world situation for examples like I'm the passenger and I'm in the Titanic, and that was really thrilled to me.
